The Gallery Project is moving to GalleryProject.org
There's been discussion among team members about trying to clarify the Gallery Project's identity. To those ends, the Project's web sites, gallery.menalto.com and codex.gallery2.org, have moved to www.galleryproject.org and codex.galleryproject.org.
The first version of Gallery was released over ten years ago. It didn't take long for the Project's popularity to grow after Bharat added it to SourceForge and launched gallery.menalto.com. Contributors have always referred to the effort as the "Gallery Project." Those outside the Project often call it "Menalto Gallery" which sound like it's developed by a company rather than a group of open source developers. For those outside of Silicon Valley, Menalto is the name of the street that divides Menlo Park and Palo alto, which is where Bharat was living when he started the project.
So, to kick off a new chapter for the Project, we're changing addresses. All old urls should continue to work, but if you find something that's broken please let us know in the comments and we'll get on it!
Just a heads up...so far the links at GalleryModules.com seem unaffected by this migration. If anyone notices degradation in the availability of modules or data from the site, please send me a PM here.

hi Bharat and company!
Please let me know if and when full HTTPS are in the plans for implementation.
As I would like to donate a $150 SSL certificate coupon for a wildcard domain (which covers both www.galleryproject.org and codex.galleryproject.org) to help protect login credentials.
Thank you and best regards,
