Site Admin doesn't match "Edit Album" for root

Hi,

I have gallery2 successfully installed, and am using the x_treme theme. When I click "Site Admin" and make changes to the theme, it only seems to change that page.

When I choose "Edit Album" and change theme settings on the root album from there, I can choose to have it affect all subalbums, but it still doesn't affect the site admin page. It could even be a completely different theme from the rest.

How do I make them all in sync with each other?

set xtreme as default in Gallery Admin -> themes

I wish it were that easy. My knowledge of gallery is much more advanced than that. As I mentioned, I'm already using the theme, but even after choosing this theme as the default, the properties of the admin page and the properties of the root album are not in sync.

I think something else is wrong, but not sure what. I'd appreciate any other ideas.
