Migrating & Sharing UserDBs

Hi!

I've already migrated from Geeklog to WP 3.1 and now I want to finish Gallery migration -> Within Geeklog I used the linking function of the Gallery 1: A Geeklog user automaticly get's logged into the gallery and can have an own album there. I want the same with my WP install. I already converted all of my Geeklog Stuff to WP and it works well: Users & Postings... WP is "ready" I would say

Questions:
- How to proceed with the Gallery 1 and it's content from Geeklog-Users?
- Which Gallery I should best use with WP? WPG2 - WPG3? Gallery 2 or 3?
- How can I ensure that the old Geeklog-Users which are imported into WP get access to their Albums back under the new WP construct?

BTW: there are not that many user albums within my Gallery 1. About 20-30. So I could do some manual UserID renumbering if necessary.
