I have two sites which sell:
One subscription gallery site using Gallery 2, and one shop selling calendars and fine art prints currently using Gallery 3, but I might regress to Gallery 2 because I am not happy with the limiting facilities on Gallery 3.
I need to be able to run an affiliate programme enabling people to register to enable them to add an affiliate link to their own site.
The module needs to have all the standard affiliate stuff:
- record and maintain affiliate's details, and activity;
- supply activity records and earnings to affiliate;
- set and vary where necessary affiliate's commission rate;
- record affiliate details against client sales;
- etc

The best thing to do is to farm it out to an outsource company or individual. Do a search and find someone you fell comfortable doing business with. I hope that helps you !

I have actually decided to drop Menalto Gallery. I found it increasingly inflexible. The shop site has gone to Prestashop and is up and running perfectly.
The gallery site is probably going to Coppermine.
I found Gallery 3 far too rigid and Gallery 2 displayed loads of stuff on screen I did not want and could not get rid of.
Hence the move away.
Thank s anyway
