We have developed a project for an our customer, my team developed the project but customer send us a letter and they reject the project we need very urgent help from you.
The developer of my team is on fight from China to Turkey so he doesn't have time he just have time on before last demonstration 2-3 hours.
I am writing the fault report of customer. Can you help us very urgently please if we send our current customized code of gallery 3 or somehow. We have to finish till on Friday 13.00 (GMT+2)
1-The software should provide access security to all objects like folder, media object and metadata area and be able to provide system access with different security levels to users or user groups
2-)Security tied to the rules should be provided in user terms. Thus, it will be stated that users can transact with which authorizations and in which folders.
We wanna apply security rules user based, currently system can give users folder based authentication but it cannot specify which actions can do
3-)The software should provide users the opportunity of creating rules for viewing on objects, modification, deleting and downloading according to the metadata values.
4-)The software should provide restrictions for viewing and editing the metadata defined in the system, in user or user group terms. ,
5-)The software must be able to strore pictures original and small views=thunmails and according to the authorizations of users people must be able to just reach small pictures or original pictures or both.
6-)System doesn’t support raw and psd files upload
7-)The wanted metadata should be able to be obliged. Therefore, users should be obliged to fill the necessary fields while transferring values to the system.
8-)The software should be able to list the search results according to one or more metadata as descending or ascending.
9-)Users should be able to share the values and/or preview files with e-mail. Value links should be embedded into e-mail and the user who gets this e-mail should be able to reach the values by clicking these links. E-mail messages should be able to be customizable by the sender.
10-)Value links sent via e-mail by the system should be able to be viewed by people who do not have the authority to access the system. While viewing, except the internet browser on desktop, specific software should not be needed.
11-)When sharing the values via e-mail, there should be restrictions like “1 week, 1 month or until a specified date” and after this date expires, the person who has the e-mail should be unable to reach the values.

seems like you need full flesh group/user level security for shared gallery hosting plus some more...
it is not what it is designed to do by default
* G3 does support group permission based access to albums but not photos
user not being admin, cannot manage security for his/her own albums
for your solution you would need assign 1 user per group and then set permission for that group on per album level.
it could be automated, but it is not 5 minutes job.
* Raw photo support - http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Modules:rawphoto, do not know about PSD
* I think it is applied to GD as well
* there is no required fields in metadata
* sort can be done for search, but would require minor development
* you can install support for AddThis which would allow you share pages, but not images

user level security was brough up on several ocasions, but answer was "not supported"
if anything it would be feature for G3 core and not customization
