404 Error Pages

Hi there, I have a relatively new gallery 3 site at http://aroundsarasota.com . I'd like to improve the existing 404 experience for visitors. I've changed a lot of albums around, and so this has become somewhat important. Here's what you see now: I found this forum post about this subject: However, following those instructions resulted in no change. I must be missing something. Any ideas? What I'd like to see is a page that uses the existing theme/template with a list of text links to albums and a brief "oops" message. Your advice is appreciated. Thank you, |

Did you edit the file and save it to the view directory of your theme? I added some text and it works for me. Dave |

Never used that theme so don't know if it has a different method. Try with the default theme just to check that it works before we troubleshoot that theme. Dave |
