1. Many youtube-urls contains the "&feature=player_embedded" - especially when they are alreday shared in FB/Tw etc. - I think the most users don't know that, but if you put this long url into the field "video url", the script messes up. Maybe a suggestion for the devs to strip these further information and maybe search only for the video-id ("&v=") to store it correctly.

2. With the clean-canvas-theme the menue is laying below the youtube video. That's bad for the admin-menue - the most is not visible.

Is this in relation to some 3rd party module?

That's the "embed_videos"-Module, I think...

I've never been able to get the module to work and there is not codex page.
I would suggest writing in the forum thread that has the module. The the author of the module can help if he does not see this thread.
