Failed Login attempt Error

I forgot the password to my Gallery site. I requested an e-mail reset, but did not receive anything after 2 days. I used the emergency recovery option. After adding the "login.txt" file and the special code I received, I was given the "Access Granted" message and reset my password.

When I went to login with my newly reset password, I got this message:

"Logins to this account are temporarily disabled due to multiple failed login attempts. Wait for access to be restored, or use the recover password page to re-enable this account."

I waited about 4 days to login again and I received the same message. I tried the recover page again, went through the same process and got the same message.

I waited 2 more days then tried to login using different browsers - Google Chrome V 22.0.1229.94 m (my default), Firefox V 3.6.13 and even broke down and tried Internet Explorer V 9.0.8112.16421 - with the same result.

The FAQ suggested that I clear my cookies (and even to disable them) and try to login again. I got the same message. I waited 2 more days, did the cookie thing and tried again, same result.

I am note sure what the next step is. Any help would be appreciated.
