Need (paid) help for export to.xml

Hi, I have no programming skill and are looking for someone to help me with creating a script which automatically (every hour) exports data to several .xlm files in a specified format. These .xml files will be used as input for a customized Photo Album tool.
The data I need is:
- Thumb file path (/url)
- Resize file path
- Full size file path
- Path to photo website
- Title
- Description
- Average rating

The items should be filtered by:
- Category (customized field)
- Published Y/N (customized field)

The items should be ordered by:
- Publishing date (customized field)
- Average rating
