upload despite errors

Hello !
I have an issue with the upload. Gallery upload the image even if there is an error during the upload.
I do not know what can I do.

I guess we would need to know what the error is to give even a hint on where to begin.

I have :
- gallery 3
- php 5.3.3
- redhat 6.3

When I upload a too big image (>3M), I have the error : 'unable to process this photo'
If the image is under 20M, there is no problem, the image is not upload. But if the image size is between 3M and 20M, it displays an error ('unable to process this photo') and uploads.

I saw this issue on the forum but all the solution does not work for me

Try a different image toolkit as well (not GD). Admin -> Graphics
