Gallery2 checkoutemail cofirmtpl file issues

Hi it's, my first time here... (sorry if I am not doing this right) I have Gallery2 with checkoutemail installed and working for sometime. I edited the confirmtpl file and uploaded it.

Now the data (this data relates to images and prints that customers have purchased and details of how they pay for their order) that's processed by the system is not in the confirm email that goes out to customers. However the data is still in the admin orders area. Can anyone in the forum provide me with some advice on how to fix this issue please?

Look to the original email template for the {variables} that represent these values.

I'm still having the same problem. I have uploaded the original confirmtpl file which I assume should work. Is anyone able to provide me with some advice please?

Any time you edit a template you need to clear the template cache

Thanks for the help. I still have the same problem... I have re-uploaded the original confirmtpl file, I clear the template cache each time. This time i also used the other two ways to clear the cache. If you could supply me with some more advice it would be appreciated, thanks.

Does anyone have a confirmtpl file that they can email me please? I wondered if my original file is corrupted as well?
