can't reset Admin password as reset mail never arrives

Hello gentlemen, I am using Gallery Version 3.0.9, 2.3.2 that was inside Softaculous provided by my domain hosting service. When erasing cookies on my computer the ADMIN password was erased, so I requested a new password. ( http://forever-hermes.com/gallery/index.php/ ) However, Gallery only looks like sending me a new password after I insert the email address, but actually never does it, there is no email arriving, not even in the Junk folder. And the engineers at my hosting service said they can't help with that because Gallery is not under their control. So I am locked out of my own Gallery without any key to enter & edit it... Who has the authority to let me back in? Or do I need to erase it and move to a different software since you all are giving up on it anyway? thank you so much for any advice!! Rex
