convert.exe Unable to locate component

	I get this when I launch the remote. It works though after I close this error window. It tells me to reinstall which i have to correct the problem. Still comes back up. I have copied over the new updates also. I am on a new Dell laptop and there is no vm installed on this system. maybe this is related to this.

	Ok I loaded this on my computer at work. Same error when I load it even after copying the new files into the directory. Anyone else having this problem.

	Ditto. Running WinXP Pro and Gallery Remote v1.2 full version with java. Message says convert.exe - Unable To Locate Component. This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
