"Page not found" OR "Internal Server Error&qu

Hello.

I`ve got a problem installing the gallery on a server. I uploaded alle the files and run the configure.sh. Everything seemed to work, Putty said "Allright you`re in Configuration-Mode now" (like this). But the problem is, that i can`t open the setup/index.php file. It always says "404 Page not found" OR "Internal Server Error". The path is allright, the .htacces / config.php is there, and i can`t find the problem. To see, if the permissions could be the problem, I set all files in "setup" to 777, but no succes. Please help me !
