Actual program not running properly

Okay.

This program has been running smoothly the entire time I've had it, but just today Gallery Remote has been acting up!! When I drag-drop (or even use the "add" feature) photos, the window in the centre (that has the listing of the photos you want to add) just gets highlighted, and the info panel on the very right disappears as well.

This is what happened when I tried dragging and dropping a photo into the middle column - the preview shows the photo, but everything else gets disaligned!

The right-hand panel doesn't COMPLETELY disappear - it still scrolls down VERY, VERY slowly when I hit the 'down' arrow.

It still uploads the pictures, but I can't tweak around with the ordering or the captioning at all.

I've tried deleting the version on my computer and installing a new one, but the problem still persists. Please help!! This is a great program and I want to continue using it!

No idea about the Apache and PHP stuff - someone else helped me set this up, I'm just having problems with running the Gallery Remote program!!
