can't view albums.

I know this is dealt with in the faq but I can't work out what is wrong.

I have installed the system and created a gallery. However the path to the gallery seems to be wrong.

When I try to view an image, I get a broken link with the url:http://mydomain.com/gallery/test

BUT my config.php has the path http://mydomain.com/gallery/albums
as it's album path. All the albums are created in this path but the program wants to display the first url.

I also have the following in config.php

/home/no/www/newsite/gallery/albums
as my server path.

I know I have put the correct information in but gallery doesn't want to use it.

Can anyone help as the program looks brilliant and I really want to use it.

hi, i have my gallery in my modules folder and my albums folder is in root, this worked for me.. Untill i have hit an error of guests not being able to view inside the albums, even tho i have set the permissions to EVERYBODY can view. Mambo or gallery is dropping the item id (46 in my case) i cant seem to work out how to get it back again so guests can view pics inside albums..
