ERROR in module install HELP PLEASE!!!!

I get this error when i click on the install buttons on the Thumbnail Manager ....

Error (ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE, ERROR_UNKNOWN)

can any one let me know what is wrong and what i need to do to fix it ??

sorry wrong formun for this my bad.. if an admin could move it or i will just repsot let me know.. i am very sorry

please activate debug output in config.php and try the operation again. then paste the debug output here, and let us know what your system specs are...
