After successfully installing and running gallery, I attempted to import a gallery 1.x album from another directory on the same host. The progress page shows the first file (or album name) and does not progress any farther. Gallery 2 beta1 |

I noticed that the permissions on the g2data album are 777 but in the individual albums the permissions are 755. I don't think this is a problem because one photo was written. |

efedora, you are simply running out of allocated memory during migration. By switching to netpbm I was somehow able to make it through a few images during a migration, but we are starting out very close to the 16M php setting so there isn't much room to grow. I would recommend bumping it up to 32M for your migration and then scaling back afterwards. I would have tried that myself, but I don't think that I had root access. |

Hello all, I experienced this with my G1 --> G2 migration but would like to know where to change this setting...? Is this the php upload limitation or some other php memory setting...? Thanks, |
