WMV File Upload

	I am trying to upload a 3.16 MB WMV file, and if fails to upload. I have tried to upload via gallery remote, applet based from the webpage as while as just the individual file. PHP memory limit is set to 32m, so that shouldnt be a problem. 	"it fails to upload" is too few information. how? do you see an error message?

	In gallery remote, it said "Upload Failed" .. and on the web it just sits there for a while, and then the page refreshes with no error.

	and other file types upload successfully, even some with the same size, i.e. 3mb?
