Before I go ahead, I wanted to commend the entire gallery team on this excellent script. I think you guys should be awarded with something...

About the problem(s):
I added a bunch of images using Gallery Remote (v. 1.4.1) and it seemed to work fine for most of the images. However, a couple of thumbnails showed up as broken images. I'm not sure if my problem is related to this:

My question is, can I regenerate all the thumbnails without deleting and uploading the images again?

Another question - is there a way to change the default size of the images during slideshow and center those images?

Also, are people working on "themes" for G2 like G1?

My other problems were related to the mod_rewrite module. I saw another message that basically said that it would be fixed in a future release. I'm not really worried about that.

I'm really looking forward to you guys fixing all the bugs and adding all the cool features that have been requested.

Thanks again,
MT

Try doing Edit Album -> Album then check the "recreate thumbs" box and tinker with the sizes. You can force a rebuild that way. It's not easy right now but we'll make that easier in the future.

You can edit modules/slideshow/templates/Slideshow.tpl to customize it. Read the instructions at the top of the file and tinker with the HTML and JavaScript.

We're fixing bugs and adding features as fast as we can :-)
