chaning exif dates on many photos

Hey Guys,

Was wondering if anyone had a cunning way of correcting the exif date of a group of photos automatically, rather than going through correcting each photo manually, as a large number of my photos have got the wrong exif creation dates so quite often appear out of order.

If you want to do it by hand, you can write a perl script that uses jhead to fix your date information. I did this a while back when I found that my camera was off by an hour.. sadly I don't have that script handy. I don't know of any easier tools to do this, though...

Check Exifer and you'll find an app (or 2 or 5) and some libraries.

ONLY DO THIS ON COPIES.

These are so many exif fields and so little time.
