User Can't Create New Albums w/GL 1.3.11

	Another problem I'm having integrating Gallery with GL is that registered users can't add new albums. I'm the only one who can add albums since I'm the admin. If I remove the GL integration, users have to register separately in the Gallery section and then they can post their own albums. Any suggestions on how to fix this? 	Thanks for moving it to the right place. Now if only I can get an answer. I have this posted on the GL forums also and still don't have an answer. Has anyone else had this same problem also? And were you able to correct it?
