	Gallery 1.3.3 PHP Version 4.2.2 Apache 1.3.22 RedHat In PhpInfo() under "PHP Core" safe_mode listed as: Local Value: On Master Value: Off Is this value that I change somewhere or have web host change? They tell me they they already turn safe_mode to the off for my site so if they need to be doing something else that I could let them know please tell me here. If english is not so good I can try better.

	Unfortunately, you can't change that. Either ask your host again (they obviously didn't turn safe mode off) or see FAQ section 2 under running PHP as a CGI.
