embed errors mambo

I am trying to embed gallery2 into mambo 4.5.2

I installed the module and gallery2. I went to the congif in the module and entered the necessary info.

This is the error I get when I try to save it.

Warning: embed(embed.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kyicf/public_html/components/com_gallery2/userfuncs.php on line 71

Fatal error: embed(): Failed opening required 'embed.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/kyicf/public_html/components/com_gallery2/userfuncs.php on line 71

Any Ideas?

have you installed the component?
it is needed for all the modules.

Hi,

I am sure I am going to raise a huge cloud of dust off this post, but I am a new user of G2, and having the same trouble trying to bridge it with Mambo 4.5.2. The file "embed.php" is missing and cannot be found neither within the relevant path (/usr/local/lib/php/), nor in my installation package (com_gallery2v209.zip - ?)

Anyone seen it lately, and could please tell it to phone home?...:-)

Your gallery2 install folder, there should be a embed.php, also when you did a multisite install.
