Problem beim Bilder-Upload, debug-mode zeigt folgendes:

Hallo,
ich habe gallery im debug-mode laufen lassen, folgende error messages kann ich nicht einordnen:

Error messages:
jpegtopnm: WRITING PPM FILE
jpegtopnm: Error writing single byte sample to file
ppmtojpeg: EOF / read error reading magic number

netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-freebsd4.2-intel wurde instaliert.

Installiere bitte einmal - mindestens testweise - die Linux Version von NetPBM auf deiner Linux-Büchse.

Hi,

wenn ich mich nicht irre hast du das falsche netpbm installiert.

Nimm mal lieber dies :
netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-linux2.2-redhat6.2-intel.tgz

oder wenn du kompilieren kannst, hol dir hier die <!-- BBCode Start --><A HREF="http://sourceforge.net/projects/netpbm/" TARGET="_blank">Sourcen</A><!-- BBCode End -->

und installier dir Netpbm selber.

Oh!
netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-linux2.2-redhat6.2-intel.tgz hab ich jetzt auch ausprobiert,
gleiche Meldung:

Verstehe leider nichts vom kompilieren, gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit?
Kann mir jemand diese files kompilieren?

Gut, hätt ja sein können.
Ich ahnte auch schon vorher, dass da noch was anderes faul ist.

FAQ C.2 erklärt, wie du den Vorfall genauer untersuchen kannst.

Ganz banal könnte es auch sein, dass das hochgeladene Bild defekt ist, oder eine JPEG-Form ist, die nicht unterstütz wird.

FAQ C.2 hab ich durchgelesen, mein Provider (adnewmedia) erlaubt keinen Telnetzugang.

Error messages beim Upload eines gif Bildes:

ppmquant: EOF / read error reading magic number
ppmtogif: EOF / read error reading magic number

Die jpgs und gifs sind in Photoshop erstellt und für Web abgespeichert.

Kann der fehler ausserhalb von netpbm liegen?

habe netpbm binaries in den cgi-bin Ordner gelegt und es funktioniert!?
