"New Album" button greyed out

I have installed gallery and I can add photos to an album via the web interface. However, when I try to use Gallery Remote 1.0 I can not crate a new album. The "new album" button is greyed out. I can select existing albums and add photos to them so I believe i am connecting to the server fine. Any help will be appreciated. Gallery is running on a Redhat 7.3 machine and Gallery Remote running on a Windows 2000 machine.

I've found that I can only create a New Album in GR that is a sub album, I can't create a new album at the top level.

This is a known bug in GR 1.0. You need to upgrade to the latest beta.
