Hi,
Is there a way for the admin of the gallery to be informed automatically when a user post a new comment on a picture, without having to open each photo to view comments?
Lastly what is translated by the multilanguage tab : only the setting of gallery or the content of the fields (title, caption, ...)
Thank you very much

in the latest nightly snapshots, there's a "view recent comments" or was it "view comments" link, which shows comments sorted by date descending for all albums.
also, there is a user contributed "show changes to your gallery" module.
but i don't think there's a notification module yet, even if that would be quite easy to create.
@multilanguage:
g2's built-in translation translates the navigation etc,
the multilanguage module is used to translate the item title, summary, description.

Thank you for all these infos...
I'm sorry but I can't find the "nightly snapshots" and the user contributed module you're talking about...
Thank you for your help...

Thanks I had looked in those pages : I found the user's module "what's new in my gallery" but didn't understand anything on these snapshots pages... How can I search in those nightly snapshot?
Thanks again, sorry for disturbing you with such stupid request...

you can't search in nightly snapshots.
upgrade your g2 with a nightly snapshot.
download gallery 2.0.2+ tar.gz or zip from the nightly snapshots page.

Ok thank you very much, this latest version looks great...but is it not too dangerous to install such a version when you're not an "expert"?

Can I just replace the "comment" module I have with the one proposed in this version?
Thank you

probably, you'll have to replace the whole gallery2, not sure if the new comment module works with the old core module. but you can try.

You were right the new comment module doesn't work with the old gallery . Here's the error message I get in site admin/modules :
User commenting system
Incompatible module!
Core API Required: 6.0 (available: 6.8)
Module API Required: 2.2 (available: 2.0)
I'll try to replace the whole gallery
Thanks
