A company wants to offer me money if i install and customize Gallery2 for them. Ehh, so easy question:
Am i allowed to sell Gallery2, hence this is open source?

You're not selling Gallery 2, you're selling your services, that is: customization and installation. And that's fine.
I suggest you read up on the GPL, since that's the license we're using for gallery.
