Being able to select gallery_remote file extension

would be extremely nice.

Since my ISP is running php in safe mode except when file extension is .ph
I've changed all php code to work with .ph endings.

I suggest that you change the gallery remote code so that one can type in album url either a directory OR filename instead of remote using the default gallery_remote2.php.

Shoudn't be too hard to implement if you demand for directories to have trailing slash.
