How to adjust left menu's icon size

Hi,

I want to use a set of new icons to instead of default Paul Armstrong Designs's icons.
But new icons are 32*32. The default icons are 20*16. See attached picture.
Can someone tell me how to adjust it to fit the page. And which file I need to edit?
