2.0.2.1a upgrade from 2.1 problem

	gallery 2.1 fresh installation working fine, upload gallery 2.1.1a and browser to upgrade folder to upgrade to most recent version. Step one choose language done enter authentication password - authentication successful continue to step two - clicked installer goes back to step one where am am asked to choose my language again. this cycle is repetive. I cannot continue to step two. I am in process of collecting information asked of me as far as configuration is concerned and will post back.
