Image Frame Container Help

I've got a random image in my Theme.tpl file and I can't seem to get a frame around it to work. Here is the code I'm using:

{g->container type="imageframe.ImageFrame" frame=shadow}
{g->block type="imageblock.ImageBlock" blocks="randomImage" itemFrame=wood maxSize="480" itemId="18372" showDate=0 showOwner=0 showViews=0 showTitle=0 showHeading=0 useDefaults=0}
{/g->container}
