[Request] This is me feature? Mark pictures if you recognize yourself on a picture

I am looking for a mod to let users put a mark onto a photo if they have recognized themselves. I have seen this feature on a custom built gallery (at least I think it is custom built). You can browse the gallery and if you stumble upon your own picture, you will be able to click a link under the picture to put a sign onto that picture. The sign is placed in the middle of the picture first, but you are able to move it around by dragging it with the mouse. It will only be saved after you click a hook next to the username sign.
