ffmpeg is not required to view movies, all it does is create the thumbnail from the movie. You need to have shell access to install the ffmpeg binary or have a windows server. http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/index.html -< the install docs are in the README http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery2:Installation_Requirements#ffmpeg http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery2:Modules:ffmpeg We have a couple of prebuild binaries: Dave ____________________________________________________ |

Just as photos. You might be limited in adding the movie depending on the size of the movie. So you might have to FTP the movie to the server and use the local server method to add the movie. Dave |

Install and activate the Thumbnail Manager module. It will give you a thumbnail of the item it can't create thumbs for like audio and movies. Dave |
