Hi Valiant and programming crew!

I must say, I'm really impressed with Gallery2 ver 2.2!
I had quite a learning curve, having started using gallery 2 shortly after it came out.
Now up to ver 2.2-- I totally screwed up the installation. I was unable to load the 2.2 update through normal means: either by tar.gz or the install feature. I decompressed the version and loaded up file by file via ftp.
Not to say much more, a lot of the files got corrupted, and it took almost 2 days to upload!
Now I had problems with gallery starting, and finally got it to partially run.
After contacting my site host, the problem with running tar.gz files was solved.
I ran the decompressed Gallery2 2.2 tar.gz files over my earlier screwed up install. Guess what?
The program came back 100% !!! No problems connecting to original database or below root files!
This shows the great pains you have taken to put together a great program!
You guys rule!!!
