[Solved, please ignore] Firewall setting on server to allow connection to Gallery

I have Gallery2.1.2 installed on Ubuntu6.10 server with a Firestarter firewall. How should I set up the firewall to allow Gallery to be connected to the outside world.

Now, I have the incoming traffic allowed to connect to http (port 80) and https (port 443) for everyone. Outgoing traffic are allowed to connect http (port 80) and https (port 443) for everyone.

But it seems my friends are not able to connect to Gallery. But I can connect to it when I am within the same subnet. Something must be not setup properly. Any idea?
