Complement to the FAQ 3.11 : migrating from one server to another

I worked in the last few days on migrating my G2 to another server.
The FAQ and forum give me most of the solutions for doing it at best.
However I had a final problem which I didn't find any solution in the forum : I had a strange ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE at any time I tried to add a new element in my gallery, even in debug mode I did not see a real problem with mysql.
After working around I solved the problem by :
going in the maintenance page and ran the following action "Delete database cache", "Delete template cache", "Optimize database".
After that I can add again elements on my new site.
So I think it should be a good thing to add this line in the FAQ 3.11 at the end of the explanation, because in any case it is not a bad thing to do when migrating from one server to another.
