Mambo Set up after Installation

I recently installed Gallery 2 through mambo on my website. I uploaded the component and module I downloaded from here. After installation I went to test out the program and could not use any of the features. No matter what option I chose whether it is user management or help, it bring me to the configuration screen. I do not know what changes I have to make to the configuration in order to make this work.

I think I probably have to enter the full server path but I can not seem to get that right. If anyone could help me out with this problem it would greatly be appreciated, thanks.
