everything is FATAL ERROR

It all started with this new 4.0mp camera i just picked up. I went into gallery_remote to upload them and i got "software caused connection abort: socekt write error" i read an article here that said i need to update 2 files. 1 was to change the Limit size to 16777261 and the other was to change the memory to 64m.

After that it all went crazy.
i rebooted the server and now when i try to log into http://www.jnalpak.com/gallery i get Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 128 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 18 bytes) in Unknown on line 0.

I can get into the setup of gallery via the web but not the gallery itself.

Now i get a "gallery remote can find no protocol implemenatation at the URL"

anyone know the fix?
