Suggest Edit Album functionality in GR

My apologies if this topic should be posted in another forum and please move it if that is the case.

I've been with Gallery 2 several months now, and I'm a very happy user. There is only one main weakness that I find with Gallery 2, and that is that-- especially when the gallery gets large-- it gets very difficult to quickly edit/rename/re-describe/organize/rotate/comment/etcetera all the files and albums.

My major annoyance right now is that if I want to do any of these things, I have to navigate to each individual album, click edit album, click on the tab that I need to edit, then back out back into the gallery, and repeat. When you have a lot of albums you kind of wish that you could just open up Gallery Remote, see all your albums (in a nice threaded structure) and then right click on each one and immediately be able to do all the aforementioned things-- in other words make everything that is available in Edit Album available through Gallery Remote.

This is just a suggestion for the developers, I guess. Hate being the person who nags for extra features, but this is seriously the only thing I really want to see added in Gallery 2: an easier, faster, more efficient way to edit albums-- and I think Gallery Remote would be the place to implement this.

If anybody concurs/disagrees/thinks I'm an idiot/has a solution the annoyance I'm experiencing... please speak up, I'd appreciate it.
