Some of my friends using AVG Anti Virus program and when ever they on my Gallery site
its show them Virus Alert. does any one knows about it and what is the solution or how to
fix , or what have done wrong.
1. specific name of the AVG Anti-Virus application & version (there are several available) - do they have a legitimate copy of the application?
2. what web browser did you friends use to view your Gallery 2 site? have them reproduce the error using Internet Exploder, FireFox, Safari or Opera.
3. are they using any Internet/web firewall option from within the AVG application?
4. is there a specific area on your Gallery 2 site that triggers the virus alert? is it consistant with #2?
5. what specific version of Gallery 2 are you using? is it self hosted or running off a remote web hosting provider?
