I've been working on a site and I'm at the point where I need some "professional" testing, someone familiar with gallery and it's soft spots. Any help is sooo appreciated!

Site Background:
It's a site where friends upload photos from weekends and holidays at his place, as well as in town. Scenic area, lots of nice photos.

Suggestions and constructive criticism is appreciated, too!

note: I realize the url is showing ishotit.tv, i'm gonna fix that sooner or later (when I figure it out ..)

Thanks so much,
Annie

Thanks alemcherry, I appreciate that. It works, he likes the dark/smokey look.

Hey Fabs, thanks. Actually, I've changed the theme, it was tooo heavy for me. I chose the matrix theme and tweaked that. As far as the graphics go, we'll dress it up in the near future, we're just working on functionality for now.

Hi everyone, I'm a "real" newbie to computers - I only got this one a week ago and am spending loads of time trying to learn how different things are done - which is very difficult for an ancient Bud like me (60). So please try and bear with me. Your site looks "very Professional" and up-to-date, which kinda frightens me a bit. I just hope that I can find you next time I try to get in touch. So if ya don't hear from me again for a few months you will know that I have got lost somewhere amongst the long grass hehehe... OK? At present I have been spending goodness knows how many hours since yesterday trying to cancel buttons. I make a mistake and added one too many buttons on my Toolbar and have been searching to try and cancel ever since.. Apart from that the system seems to have added a couple of buttons unwarranted by me (think about it), a Rolling Stone one and another equally daft for me. I had tried to cancel them and ended up adding another RS button to join the other one - crazy.. so now I'm going round in circles trying to escape"The Charge of the Buttons". Better stop now or the Phsyciatrists and other men in white coats will be coming to get me , ARGGGHHH. Sending Cheers and Congratulations to all on the site. Katie-Lou X.

@katie-lou:
heh, what buttons are you talking about? i've never heard someone talking specifically about buttons when referring to gallery 2 pages / functionality / features.

> adding another RS button

are you maybe using "RS gallery" or what does "RS" stand for?
this website / forum here isn't affiliated with "RS Gallery" at all. i guess the folks from RS gallery have their own website / forum.

Hey everybody at the Gallery, my panic is over - Easy Peasy! eventually found the way to delete the extra icons which were showing on my Toolbar - you know, the icons which had appeared out of the depths of the ether and landed unwarranted on the toolbar. Those things which are called buttons by Google System, two of which were RS (Rolling Stone Magazine Valiant) buttons by Google. Anyhow with some sensible help (thanks Valiant), I managed to extricate myself from these unwanted ones as I said already just before they caught up with me and ran me over "Sherman Tank" style.

I'm so glad to be here and I would like to say that the Google system is brilliant and has a fantastic eclectic site with an amazing amount of interesting parts.

Cheers Guys - Katie-Lou ...

(Hope you can take the buttons comments with as much fun as was intended)...
