buffer problems in WMP

Ive just got ffmpeg working....just. One problem, it doesnt buffer in internet explorer, but it works fine in firefox.

Also, in IE the sidebar refuses to show, could it be a problem with the theme?

It could also be something to do with windows media player, quicktime will play the video in firefox, but WMP wont play it in IE.
