Can't run gallery at:
http://coastsider.com/gallery
I'm getting "Security Violation The action you attempted is not permitted." when I try to even use the gallery, let alone log in.
I've turned on buffered error reporting. Here's the summary:

I've already cleared my template cache, the smarty pants cache, and cookies.
I don't have the install or upgrade directory in my /gallery/ directory
What's the best way to restore a compatible version?

Any other suggestions beyond the basics? I'm at a loss.
