User synchronization screws things up

I am posting here because I am guessing that this is more of a problem with the embedding on the Gallery 2 side than it is on the Joomla side (however, I could be wrong).

As you might have guessed from the above statement, I have Gallery 2 embedded in Joomla. Without user synchronization, everything looks great. See the sample below.

However, once the user logs in, the layout goes past the boundaries of the proper space.

That is in Firefox. In IE, the gallery not only extends past the boundaries, it won't start until below the left side menus.

The funny thing is that Safari is the only browser I can get the embed to look proper in ALL the time.

I am not sure what file I should be adjusting to fix this, and what part of that file. I would appreciate any help I can get.
