choosing specific image for album thumbnail

Is it possible to choose a specific image to always be the album thumbnail rather than having the first image of the first nested album be the thumbnail? I thought I read about this some weeks ago but cannot find it now. I want to keep my nested albums in a specific order and still choose an image from somewhere besides the first nested album. Thanks.

Hmm, yes actually, if you look at the drop down menu beneath each image,
you'll see an option called 'Highlight <album|photo>' This is what you want.

Thanks. That works great for a photo within an album. Is it possible to specify a photo in a nested album as the ? That is, can the for album01 be from album04, which is a nested album within album01? Hah! I'll bet I can copy it to album01 and hide it! Is there a better way?
