Just changed servers. Need help and someone to upgrade.

I gave a gallery with 18,000+ images that I just transfered from one server to another. Unfortunately it isn't working on the new server. My website is www.speedsyndicate.net and my guess is that it's a database issue. In addition to needing help with this problem I would also like someone to upgrade my gallery 1x to the latest gallery 2x. If you are able to assist please let me know what the cost will be to accomplish this goal.

Thank you but I ended up hiring someone to fix my gallery for me and so far he has done a great job.
