Hi,
i've got a very annoying problem.
I use the Gallery2Bridge from there
http://trac.4theweb.nl/g2bridge
with Joomla 1.57.
Everytime when I create a new album and upload files, I have delete the cache folder on the server.
If I haven't clear the cache the resized pictures won't be displayed with the embeded gallery.
Sometimes also the resized images are crashed. But I think that's another problem.
Have anybody a solution.
It's very annoying to clear all caches because I host at present nearly 14000 pictures in 3 sizes.

Please test directly through Gallery and not through the bridge or Joomla and see if it behaves the same.

directly in the gallery only the pictures are sometimes crashed.
But the general problem only exists in the embeded gallery

Try disabling GD and make sure you're only using ImageMagick or NetPBM. I'll move this thread to the Joomla forum as it sounds like it's more of a problem with the embedded gallery from what you just described.
