no watermark tab in edit album with Gallery 2.3 core 1.3.0

Hello,

I have the following problem with the watermark module. According to the FAQs general watermarking should be possible with version 2.3. The watermark plugin is installed and enabled (v. 1.0.6). Graphics plugins are: Gd version 1.1.5 and ImageMagick version 1.1.5. But in "edit album" there are only the tabs "General Album Theme Custom Fields".
