"You must have the Component Object Model(COM) PHP module installed" error message during installation using MSSQL DB

I stumbled on error which I can't resolve. I spent much time trying to find the reason in internet but with no success. I found two messages on this topic in this forum and both with no answers:

Does anyone have ideas?
I use VMWare image of FreeBSD on WinXP as host.

Gallery version (not just "2"): 2.3
PHP version (e.g. 5.1.6): 5.2.8
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ): since it's on local server i've uploaded resulting .html here
Webserver (e.g. Apache 1.3.33): 2.2.9
Database (e.g. MySql 5.0.32): MS SQL 2008 Express
Activated toolkits (e.g. NetPbm, GD): not yet
Operating system (e.g. Linux): FreeBSD 7.1
Browser (e.g. Firefox 2.0): FF3.0.6
